All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
2. Free Trial
- New customers receive a 7-day free trial
- A valid credit or debit card is required to start your trial
- Your card will NOT be charged during the trial period
- If you do not cancel before day 7, your card will be automatically charged the monthly plan fee
- We will send reminder emails on Day 5 and Day 6 of your trial
- One trial per customer — verified by email address and payment method
3. Billing & Payment Authorization
By entering your payment information and starting a subscription, you expressly authorize OmniServe Texas LLC to:
- Charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period
- Store your payment method details securely via Stripe for recurring billing
- Retry failed payments up to 3 times over 7 days
- Charge any outstanding balance upon account reactivation
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. OmniServe Texas LLC never sees or stores your full card number. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
4. Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
- Annual plans: Billed once per year on your subscription anniversary date
- Upgrades: Immediate access, prorated charge for remainder of billing period
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle — no immediate refund
- You will receive an email receipt for every successful charge
5. Failed Payments
- If your payment fails, we will notify you by email immediately
- We will retry your payment on days 1, 3, and 7 after the failure
- After 3 failed attempts, your account will be suspended
- Your bot will stop responding to clients during suspension
- Update your payment method in the billing portal to reactivate immediately
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — no cancellation fee
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access until the billing period ends
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly plans
- Annual plan cancellations may receive a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been meaningfully used

7. Refund Policy
- Trial period: Full refund if cancelled within 7-day trial — no charge made
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Refund within 14 days of annual renewal if service not used
- Service outages: Credit may be issued for extended outages exceeding 24 hours, at our discretion
- Fraudulent charges: Contact us immediately at info@omniservetexas.com — we will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
8. Taxes
Subscription prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we will collect and remit applicable taxes.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us at info@omniservetexas.com. We resolve most billing disputes within 2 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be pursued legally.
